For positive items (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20): higher = stronger ability.
For negative items (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19): reverse the score when adding (1→5, 2→4, 3→3, 4→2, 5→1).
